Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some positives like spacious rooms with comfortable amenities and great views, but unfortunately, the overpriced rates and poor room quality were major drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful! The rooms were spacious and offered a lovely view of the Mountains. The hot water was great, and everything was very clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. To top it off, the breakfast was fantastic!
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room had a nice view of the mountains and great hot water, was immaculate, spacious, and had the most comfortable bed EVER. However, there was a slight inconvenience as my room was next to one undergoing renovations with a paint smell and workers coming in and out.
The Sheraton offers breathtaking views of the mountains from the room windows, although lacking sheers or shades for privacy. The noise level could be a disturbance, and the decor feels a bit dated, but the proximity to the mountains is a definite plus.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice view of the mountains and great hot water, alongside a very clean environment. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the breakfast is a top-notch addition. However, the location is convenient but not very walkable, and the dining experience, although having some great warm options, might not suit everyone's taste for a full breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were in need of updating and repairs, making them inadequate despite having very comfortable beds and pillows. On the bright side, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the location, though a bit far from downtown, offered inviting views of the mountains. The dining experience was good, with some room for improvement, and the facilities were decent considering the pricing.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though needing some repairs, overlook a sunny courtyard and pool area. The service is friendly but had a few mix-ups. The location is convenient with nice features, although there were some cleanliness issues in the pool. The dining experience is praiseworthy. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel's rooms have seen better days and are not as nice as in the photographs. They are loud due to the air conditioning, and the breakfast is a bit poor. However, the hotel offers 2 TVs, a hot frittata, bacon, waffles, organic yogurt, fresh fruit, a variety of tea choices, and great coffee.
The hotel offers beautiful mountain views from spacious and nicely decorated rooms. However, some areas like the shower could use updates, and the entryway feels a bit dated. The noise from older facilities can be disruptive at times.
